Project the cantilevers. Key ledgers at deck level. Lay decks width-wise, then the uprights, guardrails and toe boards. Put in place 2 diagonal braces on the lower nodes. Project the cantilevers. Key ledgers at deck level. Lay decks width-wise, then the uprights, guardrails and toe boards. •Cantilever projections must be constructed from stabilised scaffolding. • Please note that parts used to create a cantilever must be carefully checked before assembly, as they are subject to great stress. RECOMMENDATIONS •On a secure deck, the operators construct an assembly of ledgers, diagonal braces and bases for a cantilevered assembly with either tensioning (preferable) or compressive diagonal braces. All assemblies of cantilevered structures must have their uprights linked with two bolts. Dismantling is to be done in the reverse order of assembly.
