301 FALSEWORK - TECHNICAL INFORMATION - 2023 FALSEWORK FALSEWORK IN VOLUME 1 •Place and lay the adjustable baseplates on the distribution wedges. •Interlock the bases and fit the ledgers. •Level. •Fit the SAD safety guardrails and lock them using MULTICRAB ledgers (see detailed instructions on fitting SAD safety guardrails). MULTICRAB reinforced or normal ledgers according to the loads to be taken up. 3 •Fit the assembly decks. •Construct the complete deck in the access grid. •Fit the 3.00 m uprights. 2 Dismantle in the reverse order of assembly. DISMANTLING 4 •Fit the diagonal braces on every other grid section. •Fit and adjust the slides. •Assemble the adjustable diagonal braces and ledgers. •Fit and adjust the fork heads. •Inspect the tower and draft the acceptance report. 6 •From the bottom, lay the deck in its entirety. •For a taller tower: Continue assembling, following steps 2 to 5 (with 2.00 m uprights). 5 Remember the 3rd guardrail rail perpendicular to the ladder, Check stability according to the height/width ratio of the tower.
