FALSEWORK - TECHNICAL INFORMATION- 2023 282 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CRABTOUR 1.50 m × 1.50 m FALSEWORK TOWER REQUIREMENTS •Ensure that the load is evenly distributed on the ground. •Ensure that the base is levelled. •Fit the first level frames from inside the tower. •Ensure that the towers are stable. •Centre the load in the fork heads. 1 •From the inside of the tower, fit the first frame in the shaft of the diagonal brace and turn to lock it. •Place and lay adjustable baseplates on distribution wedges if necessary. •Interlock the bases and ledger. •Level. •Fit the four 0.30 m PANACIERs. •Assemble the second level of triangles in the opposite direction. 2 3 4 •Move up to the next level and fit the deck with trapdoor. •Fit the two 0.30 m PANACIERs. •Assemble the third level as in step 2. 5 6 •Move the 2 0.30 m PANACIERs. 7 8 •Fit the finish at the top and adjust the adjustable fork heads. •Remove the 2 assembly Panaciers. •Inspect the tower and draft the acceptance report. •Move the deck with trapdoor from the lower level and place the ladder. •Refit the upper level and continue assembling repeating steps no. 3 to 8 as many times as necessary. 9 Dismantle in the reverse order of assembly. DISMANTLING Add two 1.50 m x 0.30 m PANACIERs for assembly and dismantling. See the assembly recommendations presented at the beginning of this technical information.
