FALSEWORK - TECHNICAL INFORMATION- 2023 268 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS LAYING FORMWORK ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING TRADITIONAL FORMWORK WITH SAD SAFETY GUARDRAILS Conditions: The peripheral shear walls and slabs are first fitted with guardrails. The TOURÉCHAF falsework is assembled with a decking at the top. 1 •Fit the 3.50 m uprights, with 0.35 m ledgers on cantilevers. •NEXT to the small access area, fit the primary and secondary beams and the plywood from the TOURÉCHAF decking. •Continue fitting the beams on all the formwork. 3 •Fit the SAD guardrails from the decking. •Lock the SAD guardrails in place with the ledgers. 2 4 •From the plates already laid, receive the first packet of plywood and install on beams up to the SAD safety guardrail. •The spacing between beams must not be more than 25 cm. •Fit the final worksite guardrails fixed to the beams. 5 DISMANTLING •To dismantle, fit guardrails around the edge of the slab. •Striking the falsework from the decking of the towers by loosening the screw-jack heads. •Dismantle the guardrails at the edge of the formwork, protection being provided by the SAD guardrails. •The formwork elements are removed on the ground or on the slab from the edge of the decking. •Dismantle the towers, following the appropriate instructions.
