189 ACCESS STAIRCASES- TECHNICAL INFORMATION - 2023 STAIRCASES •Move the assembly deck to the third level. •Fit the top landing guardrails. •Continue assembly repeating steps 6 to 10 as often as necessary, depending on the height of the staircase. •Fit the 2.00 m uprights. •Fit and lock SAD guardrails using ledgers. •Put in place the 1.50 m ledger on the guardrail. •Wind bracing of the 3 sides with diagonal braces 10 11 12 •Remove the 2 assembly Panaciers. •Lay the last aluminium flight. •Fit the rampant guardrails, the second landing guardrail and the toe board. •Fit the 1.50 m board bearer and the 2 assembly Panaciers. •Put in place a ledger 0.50 m from the last landing guardrail and the toe board. •Lock the landing guardrail from rotating using a 2-bolt coupler. •Remove the assembly decks. •Inspect the staircase and put the inspection report in the pocket on the “no entry” sign. 13 14 15 Follow the assembly and dismantling recommendations presented at the beginning of the technical information. Dismantle in the reverse order of assembly. P.P.E.
