ACCESS STAIRCASES - TECHNICAL INFORMATION - 2023 188 4-STANDARD WORKSITE ACCESS TOWER WITH ALUMINIUM FLIGHTS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS WITH SAD GUARDRAIL •Put the 10 baseplates on blocks. •Fit the basic standards. •Level the first ledger by adjusting the baseplates. •Fit the assembly Panaciers. •Fit the 3.00 m uprights. •Fit and lock SAD guardrails using ledgers. •Wind bracing of the 3 sides with diagonal braces. •Attach the “No entry” sign. •Remove the 2 assembly Panaciers on the bottom landing of the future flight. •Lay the first aluminium flight. 1 2 3 •Fit the rampant guardrails. •To ensure operator safety, fit the assembly deck made using 5 Panaciers measuring 0.30 x 1.50 m. •Fit the bottom and top landing guardrails. •Fit the four 2.00 m uprights. •Fit and lock SAD guardrails using ledgers. 4 5 6 •Put in place the 1.50 m ledger on the guardrail. •Wind bracing of the 3 sides with diagonal braces. •Fix anchors vertically every 4.00 m. •Attach the tether 2.00 m above the deck. •Remove the 2 assembly Panaciers to put the second aluminium flight in place. •Fit the rampant guardrails, the landing guardrail and the toe board. •Remove the 3 assembly Panaciers on the ground. 7 8 9 P.P.E.
