Sheet metal cladding Using metal sheet pins, the scaffolding can be cladded with metal sheets measuring 2.12 m x 0.90 m, for fitting ledgers 2.00 m apart. The metal sheets are fixed to the framework with pins fitted directly on the ledgers or through tubes fixed to the standards with couplers. Fit 4 pins per linear metre on one purlin line, plus one to retain the sheet at the end of the purlin. Canvas covers and nets: fix with selective fasteners Canvas covers and nets must be fixed very carefully. We recommend increasing the number of fasteners. Their spacing should be as follows: • 2.5 fasteners per m2 from 0 to 30 m in height, • 3.7 fasteners per m2 from 30 to 60 m in height. Fasten the aluminium rail to the scaffolding every metre.
